KS2 Test Results Summary

In 2016, the new more challenging national curriculum was assessed for the first time with new tests and interim frameworks for teacher assessment. Results are no longer reported as levels; each student receives their test result as a scaled score and teacher assessments based on the standards in the interim framework.

Because of the changes set out above, data for 2016 is not comparable to data from previous years. The expectations for students at the end of Year 6 have been raised. Given the differences from previous years to the curriculum and assessments, levels are not comparable with scaled scores or teacher assessment outcomes.

Below is a summary of the outcomes for the Year 6 cohort at Chantry in July 2016 and national outcomes.
